Fleet and Customer Management Services
- Handle all matters related to vehicle procurement.
- Foster strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers.
- Distribute and supply Government vehicles.
- Oversee the regulation of vehicles in the Vehicle Management Section Pool (SPK) of the Ministry of Finance.
- Manage fleet and user data.
- Produce reports and perform analyses.
- Oversee all cost-related calculations.
- Manage the disposal of assets.
- Act as a liaison between SPANCO and Government Ministries, Departments, and agencies.
- Represent the company in communicating fleet information.
- Offer advice and solutions for fleet issues.
- Understand and convey the customers’ needs.
- Ensure the maintenance of strong, long-term relationships.
- Communicate with the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and other relevant authorities about any issued summons.
- Provide assistance in resolving issues pertaining to summons.
